Projects start around $500 for something small and well-defined — a landing page, a single automation, a focused tightening pass — and scale into the five figures for custom platforms, longer builds, or anything with real ongoing complexity. Fixed fee where the scope is clear; monthly where it isn't. You always know the number before we start — no creeping bills, no surprise line items.
A focused web build runs 3–6 weeks. A custom platform or AI automation, 6–14. We work in short sprints with weekly check-ins, so you see real progress in week one — not a slide deck in week three.
Yes — most clients are. Our job is to translate. We explain trade-offs in plain English, not jargon, and make the call when you'd rather we just decide.

If you want us to, yes. Most clients pick a small monthly retainer for ongoing fixes, tweaks, and the inevitable “can we add…” asks. If you'd rather take it in-house, that works too.
